RRMC was responsible for
maintaining all of CSI’s Human Resources, Information
Technology, and Treasury functions. RRMC maintained or
enhanced all of the normal financial reporting; overhauled
the company’s annual operating plan; performed ROI
analysis on capital expenditure request; dealt directly
with all vendors to address seasonal cash constraints;
and provided in-house support to all other functional areas
of the company.
